The four hill villas share one gathering place — known to guests as the BBQ Endless View: a fully equipped outdoor grill terrace perched above Plakias with uninterrupted sea views. Fire up the BBQ as the sun sets, gather the group, and spend the evening the way evenings on Crete are meant to be spent — slow, open, and under the open sky.

Please note: charcoal is not included and must be purchased locally. The wood-fired pizza oven is available for an additional fee.

We had a wonderful stay in this exceptionally beautiful villa. The view is simply spectacular — you can't get enough of it! Everything is ultra-modern, brand new and furnished with great attention to detail. The kitchen is fully equipped — truly nothing is missing. The terrace with its private pool was an absolute highlight: stunning views, comfortable sun loungers, and simply the perfect place to relax. Worth mentioning too is how warm and helpful everyone was. They even kindly washed our laundry, which was a huge help after a long journey. One small note: the final ~500 metres to the villa are on a gravel track — good to know, but absolutely worth it, because the location and view are priceless! We would come back any time — highly recommended!

The villa was so beautiful and modern. The owner Alex and his wife Francesca were incredibly helpful with anything we needed. He checked in on us daily and simply asked if everything was alright. Honestly, such lovely and kind people. On top of that, the villa was cleaned for us every day! We felt so at home and had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday. They even gifted me a bottle of champagne — how sweet! ❤️ We'll definitely be back. Nothing negative to say!

A wonderful garden property in a marvellously quiet location, nestled among countless olive trees. Very nice private pool with an outdoor shower. Sea view — and the sea is reachable in 30 minutes on foot. Francesca and Alex speak excellent German, are very friendly and were always reachable. House service was top. What is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay at Secret Oasis is 5 days.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged on request, subject to availability.

Does each hill villa have its own private pool?

Yes. Every hill villa at Secret Oasis has its own private pool, fully shielded from other guests and neighbouring villas. There is no shared pool — your pool is yours alone.

Which villas have a jacuzzi?

Villa 1 and Villa 2 each have a private jacuzzi / whirlpool on the balcony, in addition to their private pool.

Are the villas family-friendly?

Absolutely. Secret Oasis is family-friendly by design — large villas with maximum four bedrooms, private parking at each villa and pool areas that work well for families with children. Villa 1 and Villa 2 sleep maximum 10 guests each, ideal for multi-generational stays.

Is Secret Oasis suitable for workations or retreats?

Yes. Fast WiFi, quiet workspaces and an inspiring natural setting make Secret Oasis ideal for focused remote work, creative retreats or small group workshops.

Can we book multiple villas for a group stay or wedding?

Yes. The four hill villas can be booked together for group stays, retreats or celebrations. Weddings and events are possible when all four hill villas are reserved, ensuring the privacy and peace of all guests.

Is parking available?

Yes. Each villa has its own private parking. For the four hill villas, guests drive a short way up the hill to reach their parking area. Additional parking spaces are also available near the entrance.

What is included in the kitchens?

All villas have fully equipped kitchens with everything you need for cooking during your stay.

Is there a shared BBQ or outdoor cooking area?

Yes. The four hill villas share a dedicated outdoor BBQ area with an endless view — equipped with a BBQ grill, a stone oven, a fridge and a sink. It sits a short walk away from the villas themselves, so smoke and cooking smells stay well clear of the living areas and your terrace stays peaceful.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfers and major credit cards. A deposit secures the booking, with the remaining balance due before arrival. Full payment details are shared during booking confirmation.
